Our selection box is a selection of different joints and cuts of lamb which includes:
1x Half Leg top half -A favourite for roasting
1x Half shoulder knuckle end - Slow roasting on the bone
4x Loin chops -Grilling or Barbecuing
2x Chump chops Grilling or Barbecuing or pan fry them
1x Rack of lamb (4 cutlets) (Rack - Great for Roasting/ or Cutlets - Cook over the grill or on the BBQ)
For collection or can be delivered within a 14 mile radius
