Each box includes the standard cuts however it can be butchered to your requirements.
Cut examples:
- 1x Whole or half leg/ shanks and top leg joint - Great for a slow roasting joint
- 1x Whole or half shoulder - great for a slow roasting joint
- 1 x Neck fillet - cook slowly on low heat and great for stews, kebabs and curries
- Neck stewing - perfect for slow cooking stews or braising
- 1 x Chump end and 1 x chump chop/ or 1x boneless chump - Chump ends ideal for casseroles, chop chumps great for grilling
- 1 x rack or cutlets or 1 x Loin - Rack is great for roasting
- 1 loin/ or loin chops - loin chops great for grillingor pan frying/ loin perfect for a slow roast
- 1 x kidney - Great pan fried
- 1 x Breast - why not try filling it with your favourite stuffing and rolling it up and roasting it whole
